Ursi is born 21 June 1957 in Winterthur, Switzerland. After having finished the schoolarship in Switzerland, she had an au pair stage in the United States, where she lived with a Hollywood focused family.
She is working with Swissair as Cabin Crew (Maître de Cabine) and as an Emergency trainer for all staff.
